Rep. Annette Glenn, R-Midland, will host local office hours on Friday, April 30.
Two events are scheduled:
—11 a.m. to noon at the Midland Business Alliance, located at 300 Rodd Street #101 in Midland.
—2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Pinconning City Hall, located at 208 S. Manitou St. in Pinconning.
Glenn’s office is taking precautions to ensure the event is safe and follows appropriate COVID-19 protocols. Attendees are asked to wait in their cars and will be admitted in on a first come first serve basis by staff. Masks and social distancing are required.

Rep. Glenn talks about her House Bill 4640, which eliminates an inconsistency in state law that sometimes could undermine a court’s ability to step in and protect neglected children. The legislation is currently under consideration in the House Families, Children and Seniors Committee.
