RELEASE|April 21, 2021

State Rep. John Reilly today invited residents of northern Oakland County to discuss power outage issues at an upcoming forum on April 26.

“Many rightfully frustrated residents have contacted my office about recent power outages in our area, and all are welcome to join me to discuss the issue further,” said Reilly, of Oakland Township. “I look forward to learning more about this problem and how I can help our community address it.”

The discussion will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 26, at the Paint Creek Cider Mill Pavilion, 4480 Orion Road in Oakland Township.

State Rep. Mark Tisdel, of Rochester Hills, will also be participating in the forum. Reilly has invited DTE Energy to send a representative to the event, but the power company has not yet accepted.

Residents with other concerns or who are unable to attend the forum may contact Rep. Reilly’s office by calling 517-373-1798 or by emailing JohnReilly@house.mi.gov.

The 46th House district, represented by Reilly, includes the townships of Addison, Brandon, Orion, and Oxford and part of Oakland Township.

The 45th House district, represented by Tisdel, includes the cities of Rochester and Rochester Hills and part of Oakland Township.
